Thomas Zambrotta

Tom Zambrotta is the Owner and CEO of The Alternative Board New Jersey North, servicing Bergen, Essex, Morris, and Passaic Counties.

In over 30 years of business leadership, Tom has held senior executive roles across a range of organizations, from small family-owned businesses to large publicly held international companies, and across the spectrum of growth stages, including distressed companies, no-growth companies, and fast-growth companies.

Tom has direct experience leading teams in Planning, Analytics, Operations, Strategy, Forecasting, Supply Chain, and Inventory Optimization. Tom’s success has always been based on helping others succeed, and he has coached and mentored at every organizational level.

Tom graduated from Princeton University. He is active in the community, serving on the Lee Memorial Library Board of Trustees, and as a volunteer in several community organizations and youth sport teams. Tom previously served on the Allendale Municipal Planning Board, and as a Boy Scout Troopmaster.

As a TAB member, through the regular coaching sessions and monthly Board meetings, I gain invaluable mentor and peer support. The TAB ethos and coaching approach has helped me to plan personal and business goals and set direction. This is supported by the wealth of knowledge, skills, experience and support that is shared by the board who provide Impartial, informed and considered guidance and advice on all types of business issues, that enable me to gain fresh perspectives, identify blind spots and fill my skill gaps.
