Keith St Clair is the owner and president of The Alternative Board of Middle Tennessee, where he supports business owners and CEO’s in growing their business and achieving their company visions, while maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle.

Keith has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience working with Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, and Infiniti automotive brands. This has cultivated confidence in leading diverse teams with cultural backgrounds from all over the world. Having championed more than 40 new product/service launches and numerous large scale business initiatives globally over the past two decades, he has a proven track record as a growth catalyst and successful change agent.

As a seasoned business leader and problem solver, Keith has in-depth career experiences in marketing, engineering, product planning, strategic planning, business development, and organizational development. He has degrees in Physics and Math from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He resides in the Nashville area and is married with 2 children.

As a TAB member, through the regular coaching sessions and monthly Board meetings, I gain invaluable mentor and peer support. The TAB ethos and coaching approach has helped me to plan personal and business goals and set direction. This is supported by the wealth of knowledge, skills, experience and support that is shared by the board who provide Impartial, informed and considered guidance and advice on all types of business issues, that enable me to gain fresh perspectives, identify blind spots and fill my skill gaps. Over the last twelve months TAB has effectively become my company’s non-executive board and its members my trusted colleagues.
