Peter Brougham-Cook is Chairman and CEO of Pether Investments Inc, owner of TAB-Low Country. Located on beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Peter and his family have lived on the island for the past 18 years. He holds a Masters in Business Leadership from UNISA’s School of Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Pretoria.
With over 32 years of experience, Peter has consulted for two global organizations, PriceWaterhouseCoopers & IBM Global Business Services. Specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Improvement, Operations, Global Leadership and Strategy Consulting. Peter has well-honed skills in leading large, complex operations and initiatives, surpassing market competitors, providing business improvement processes, strategic and tactical practical solutions, increasing market share and profit margins.
He has a multi-faceted background of international and domestic SAP Implementations, company management experience, in both corporate and the consulting field, a proven track record of management consulting, client engagements, and C-level relationships, building large, complex, global programs. Expertise at developing innovative solutions supporting those global programs, he has lead the implementation of shared services, business transformations, whilst strengthening implementation methods and management tools coupled with software projects for clients to improve their business efficiencies. Extensive global experience restructuring multi-million-dollar business units employing a country-by-country strategy, renegotiation of major contracts to put a red division into the black, and creating relationships with high-profile company owners.
Peter has demonstrated exceptional adaptability at both regulated and unregulated environments, including Consumer Products, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Information Technology, Mining, Manufacturing, Utilities and Defense, always demonstrating a concrete understanding of the leadership differences required in each circumstance.
Peter brings a global perspective, enhanced from having physically worked in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Canada, Venezuela, Egypt, Europe, India, Ireland, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, and the United States. He has led many distributed, diversified and multicultural teams with members in virtual environments, remotely located in India, Romania, Vietnam and the Philippines.
