The demands of running a business can feel overwhelming. Many owners of privately held companies experience isolation, constant decision pressure, and a lack of trusted sounding boards. It can feel like you’re on an island—expected to have all the answers, with nowhere to turn for objective guidance.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
The Alternative Board (TAB) Western Horizon helps business owners and senior leaders across San Leandro, Oakland, Alameda, and surrounding areas in California as well as Boise, Meridian and Eagle and surrounding areas in Idaho. We help owners gain clarity, accountability, and strategic direction. TAB brings together groups of experienced business leaders from non-competing industries to share insights, challenge assumptions, and help one another achieve better business results.

About Jeff Krasky
With over 25 years of experience working in and on small businesses, Jeff Krasky brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to TAB Western Horizon. His career began in information technology, where he quickly learned that technology only delivers value when it directly supports a company’s strategic objectives.
That insight led Jeff to expand his focus beyond IT into sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and leadership development. This cross-functional experience allows him to help business owners move beyond day-to-day problem-solving and into true strategic leadership—building stronger companies while gaining greater control over their time and direction.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 5.
Having faced the challenges of running private businesses himself, Jeff understands how demanding business ownership can be. He strongly believes in the power of collective wisdom and intentional collaboration. Through TAB’s proven combination of peer advisory boards, executive coaching, and strategic tools, Jeff helps business owners across the Bay Area and Boise unlock greater clarity, control, and long-term success.
