Eva Safar has been building, leading, and transforming businesses her entire life.
She grew up working in her family’s business since age 11, launched her own restaurant by 19, then spent 25 years leading marketing, sales, and brand growth for Fortune 500 companies in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Eva has helped guide organizations through major mergers, scaled family businesses into new markets, and built Brands as well as the teams who deliver the results.
With an MBA and decades of leadership experience, she’s seen firsthand what it takes to drive growth, and what it costs when that growth comes at the expense of freedom and balance of the business owner.
Now, as Owner of TAB Denver North, Eva combines her entrepreneurial roots and corporate expertise with a passion for human-centered leadership.
Offering the full suite of TAB® services - TAB Peer Advisory Boards, Private Leadership Coaching, Strategic development programs such as StratPro®, HiMap®, and the Blueprint® system.
Through these proven tools, Eva helps business owners step out of day-to-day operations and into intentional leadership.
Eva’s mission is simple: to help business owners evolve from running their business… to truly owning it. Her approach is rooted in empathy, accountability, and growth.
She believes your business should serve your life, not consume it.
The most successful business owners and leaders are the ones who invest in their people and themselves.
Developing empowered teams, scalable systems, and thriving cultures don’t rely on just one person in the organization to survive
