He has served in a variety of government and corporate positions, including leadership positions in the US Navy nuclear program and at Optum Rx. Through this blend of corporate, government, and small business experience, Tyler has a unique background to help business leaders think differently and improve their leadership and decision-making processes.

Tyler graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s in Anthropology, is a submarine veteran, and earned an MBA in Healthcare. He has over 20 years experience in Outdoor Recreation, Athletic Ticketing, Nuclear operations, project management, and Healthcare.
