Diana has 30 years industry experience across retail and manufacturing operations in corporate and field settings. She has experience in global public and privately held companies, private equity, franchise, startups and service on non-profit boards.
Her international experience across four continents and diverse experience with large and small companies has instilled a strong understanding and appreciation of the advantages & challenges of mature, well-resourced environments, as well as leaner, growth environments.
She has a passion and reputation for quickly assessing where opportunities are to grow, identifying areas to improve operations through people and modernized processes improving top and bottom-line results.
