About Matthew Saline
Matthew is the President and Owner of TAB Philadelphia West. A certified Strategic Business Leadership Coach and Facilitator with The Alternative Board, he is committed to empowering leaders to unlock their potential and drive organizational success. By leveraging individual strengths, identifying critical gaps, and crafting tailored strategies, Matthew helps businesses thrive.
As an attorney turned entrepreneur, Matthew founded and operated one of the largest marketing agencies in the natural and organic products industry for 22 years. Building on his proven track record of growing sales and earnings, he launched a consulting group in 2018 to support companies through concept development, funding, launch, profitability, and sustainment.
Matthew has lived the life of business owner and understands the effort and endurance required to lead a growing company. He is an expert in marketing, sales, business strategy, value creation, and culture development.
He is a graduate of Emory University and Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. Matthew has served as a Guest Lecturer at Drexel University’s Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship and currently acts as an Advisor for Drexel University’s Food Labs. He is also a member of the Bar Associations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
