Rob Notman is the President of TAB Stafford, operating in Stafford, Virginia, and the surrounding region. He has more than 34 years of total business experience, including a depth of business development and strategic planning experience in both large and small business environments. Rob brings this experience and capability along with expertise in Program and Project Management to the clients he serves.

Before becoming President of TAB Stafford, he spent more than 30 years with Northrop Grumman serving in a variety of leadership capacities. Rob is a graduate of San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
