For over 30 years, The Alternative Board (TAB) has helped business owners to realize their visions by providing confidential access to the business know-how and wisdom of a peer advisory group, comprised of non-competing business owners, supported by professional coaching, proprietary business tools and positive reinforcement.
Bill Jennings has more than 30 years of experience as the owner and leader of businesses and business units of professional services firms. He has started businesses from scratch and has opened and run business units and offices for large corporations. Among other things, Mr. Jennings opened and operated a successful flight school that became the Atlanta training center for a large aircraft manufacturer. He also opened the Atlanta office of the largest, stand alone, forensic accounting firm in the world. Bill led the growth of that office from 2 employees to 45. That firm was acquired by a large U.S. public company. Bill then ran the public company’s Atlanta office for a year. During that year, the Atlanta office became the most profitable, on a per capita basis, in the company. As a result, Mr. Jennings was transferred to Chicago and given responsibility for the entire region.
During his career, Mr. Jennings has provided public accounting and auditing, forensic accounting, business valuation, investigation, asset recovery and business controls development services to major corporations and the government. Mr. Jennings has worked on hundreds of forensic accounting and investigation assignments. Mr. Jennings has also been retained to conduct investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Marshals Service. He is a CPA/ABV, CFF, CFE and a licensed private detective. Mr. Jennings is also a private pilot.
