He has worked with companies across the U.S., helping them build and implement their revenue growth strategies. Prior to founding Vantage Group, Dean was a Partner in a management consulting firm where he led projects including strategic planning, marketing and sales strategy, competitive analysis, business planning, process improvement and organizational development. He has also served as Vice President of Sales for a software company in the healthcare industry, Director of Sales and Marketing for a commercial construction company, Director of Business Development for a regional accounting firm and National Sales Manager for a computer hardware manufacturer. Dean is an accomplished public speaker and is active in many local and national groups including TAB, the Denver Advisory Board and the Association for Corporate Growth.
