Mary Polsley Williams is the co-owner of The Alternative Board West Fairfax.

Our mission is to help provide creative solutions to privately held businesses in the areas of sales, sales management, marketing, strategic planning, finance/budget management, business management, business process re-engineering, product management, project planning, and other management challenges. We help business owners and executives meet their business and personal goals through peer-board interaction, management and employee assessments, strategic planning, and one on one executive coaching.

Prior to The Alternative Board, Mary was the CEO of Strategic Resources Alliance (SRA), a consulting services company. SRA services included sales consulting, sales forecasting, business process re-engineering, business and strategic plan development, project planning and budget management.

Before owning her own business, Mary spent 35 years in senior management positions in the financial services industry. During that time she garnered experience and expertise in sales, strategic planning, finance, product management, compliance management, operations, contract negotiations, and government relations.
