Malcolm is President of Imaginative Solutions in Victoria, British Columbia and operates The Alternative Board of Vancouver Island in British Columbia.

Malcolm has 26 years of senior executive-level experience in Strategic Marketing, Communications and Business Planning. He has experience in manufacturing, retail, and service based companies, as well as a non-profit organization. He has built and led marketing teams in all these environments, and has also spent 8 years on the executive team for a highly successful family owned business.

Malcolm’s particular passion is integrating employee and customer engagement processes into a cohesive program, to maximize customer loyalty and profitability.

Malcolm holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce Honours degrees from the universities of Natal and Witwatersrand in South Africa.
