
For over 25 years, Kimberly Hall has partnered with business leaders in identifying and implementing strategic human resource solutions across dynamic organizations and industries. She is passionate about balancing employee advocacy with organization objectives and committed to influencing business leaders and their teams to achieve their full potential. Kimberly is excited to join The Alternative Board as TAB Business Owner for the West Suburban Chicago area. Before becoming a TAB business owner, Kimberly served as Chief People Officer, Digital Client Solutions at Aon, where she provided strategic direction and human resources expertise to Aon’s InsureTech organization. Kim also served as HR Leader for Aon’s Global Spend Management, Global Security Services, and Information Technology Platform Services teams. Prior to Aon, she served as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Marsh & McLennan Companies, directing all aspects of Human Resources leadership and coordination to risk management software and analytics employee populations across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. Before joining Marsh, Kim enjoyed leading in a HR business partner capacity across industries in organizations like ConAgra Foods, Baxter Healthcare, and the Mayo Clinic.
Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana and a Masters in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
A native of Indianapolis, Indiana she enjoys travel and sports. But her heart lies with serving her community. She serves on the Board of the Hands of Compassion Ministry – a faith-based non-profit housing support for patients who travel to Mayo Clinic. Kim also serves on her alma mater’s Alumni Board for the School of Health and Human Sciences at Purdue. She has also served as committee chair in different capacities for the Glen Ellyn Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
