Mark Prowten is a business owner, coach, board facilitator, consultant, and technology executive with an extensive entrepreneurial and corporate background spanning over 30 years.
Mark’s unique mix of servant leadership, mentoring, strategic planning, corporate development, and technology experience endows him with an uncommon perspective to clearly understand what is going on and what is needed to move forward.
Starting his first company at age 19 and selling it at 25, Mark has worked for startups, as well as small, medium, and large companies. Transitioning from private to public IPO, navigating multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures as well as owning 3 of his own companies gave Mark the experience to better understand the complexity and dynamics business owners go through at every stage.
Mark has been instrumental in guiding business owners and corporate teams of all sizes strategically and systematically through attentive listening and focused actions. Known for clearly seeing where a company is today and developing strategic plans for growth, market penetration, product portfolio optimization, and operational efficiencies, he has consistently helped companies get to the next level again and again.
Mentoring and team development have always been important to him with a servant mantra of empowering everyone around him to be successful resulting in much of his own success. Always leading by example, Mark has consistently built positive and cohesive teams generating energy and momentum yielding consistent growth and team member loyalty.
His background spans multiple industries, markets, and regions. Having developed domestic and international channels, and successful product portfolios Mark has consistently guided companies to growth through self-awareness, strategic planning and tactical execution.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Business Management.
