Merrill helps business owners and leaders of companies in North Jersey (Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson Counties) and New York City find balance between personal and professional goals to improve both their personal lives and their financial bottom lines. With a background that spans from the United Nations and National Geographic to a decade serving tech start-ups, including in C-suite and Director level roles in employee engagement and operations, Merrill now serves as Owner/President of TAB Gateway and Meandering Ventures. 

Here at TAB Gateway, Merrill blends group facilitation and one-on-one coaching to help Business Owners, Founders, C-suite Executives, and rising leaders excel. Our TAB Boards are exclusive, invite-only groups of 8-10 business owners and leaders from non-competing companies. We meet monthly in a relaxed, confidential setting to share solid insights and practical advice that can be applied immediately. TAB members gain:

• One-on-One Coaching and Group Training: Master employee management, leadership development, and investor communication. 

Merrill holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. A certified TAB Board Facilitator and trained Reboot.io Facilitator, she has also completed numerous Coursera courses in Coaching, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Positive Psychology.

When not working, Merrill is a happy mom of two young boys and an avid runner with two marathons and twelve half marathons under her belt. She loves hiking, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, and crafting, and as a recent transplant from the city to suburbia, Merrill dreams of expanding her houseplant growing skills to home gardening.
