Experience matters, and with more than 30 years of experience in driving businesses to new heights, John has established a proven track record of achieving big things. Early in his career, he led strategic planning for SBC in Kansas City before moving to a more senior-level role for BellSouth in Houston, TX. There, John directed mission-critical initiatives, including designing compensation plans, optimizing organizational structures, and launching new technologies to increase sales and improve the bottom line.
A promotional opportunity led John to Atlanta, GA, and Cingular Wireless, where he served as the primary facilitator in managing the Cingular ownership contract between SBC and BellSouth, as well as directing all sales efforts in more than 250 call centers nationwide. Later, he took responsibility for leading operations in over 5,000 retail stores, working at the forefront of multiple industry breakthroughs, including the Cingular-Apple launch of iPhone. Most recently, John had the opportunity to utilize his exceptional communication and organizational skills, leading a nearly $600M business and consumer sales operation in Kansas & Missouri for AT&T.
