Mitch is the founder and president of Synergetic Resources, a Minneapolis, MN based growth and performance firm which specializes in growing profitable revenue for organizations through people and organizational development.

Prior to founding Synergetic Resources Mitch spent fifteen years leading sales and management teams in the print and packaging industry and was also effective in helping with in-house turn-a rounds, implementing change, and reorganization.

Mitch is a certified affiliate and facilitator of Resource Associates Corporation, and certified in sales and marketing development by Achievement Seminars International.  He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University majoring in Mass Communications.
