Michael brings over 30 years of experience to TAB specializing in business development, strategy, and operational improvements for small to medium size companies and business units. His diverse experience includes working for public and private companies of varying size from small startups to Fortune 500 (Black & Veatch and Siemens) consultatively driving improvements utilizing leading-edge technologies and services.
Michael is an energetic, visionary leader dedicated to collaboratively achieving results with his clients and business partners. Since its impetus in 2019 and formal formation in 2020, Michael has been the owner of Mastermind Advisory Services, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to assisting visionary owners and entrepreneurs in growing their companies and improving their personal lives. His firm offers services in long range strategic planning, strategic plan implementation, business gap analysis, sales planning development & execution, executive coaching, peer advisory board development, personnel evaluations, and general operational improvements.
