Each TAB board is comprised of a small number of local business owner members, who run non-competing businesses. These boards are formed by and facilitated by TAB certified facilitator-coaches. Each month, board members meet to share their business expertise, solve business challenges, and help each other seize new opportunities to achieve enhanced profi table growth and success.

Coaching Services

Each month, our TAB certified facilitator-coaches meet with each member individually. The member and coach discuss, among other things, how each member’s businesses is progressing by comparing actual versus projected results. They evaluate the tactics needed to make the projected results happen. Coaching sessions involve a variety of tools and techniques including TAB’s proprietary Strategic Business Leadership® (SBL) process, which makes strategic planning effective for privately owned businesses.

TAB Facilitator-Coaches

Our facilitator-coaches understand and know how to address the most common challenges, pains, and opportunities business owners face. Each TAB certified facilitator-coach has years of top-level business experience and has completed TAB’s certified training program. They are trained to use TAB’s proprietary tools that include, among others, TAB Business Vantage®, a web-based diagnostic program for owners and their businesses. TAB’s certified facilitator-coach training also includes techniques and tools that make our facilitator-coaches effective at facilitating TAB board meetings and providing monthly coaching services to TAB members.

The Alternative Board creates, manages and facilitates advisory boards comprised of local business owners, presidents, and CEOs who run non-competing businesses.
