How can TAB impact your business and personal life?
In today’s rapidly changing world it’s more important than ever for business owners to spend time working "on" rather than "in" their business. This enables owners to capitalize on market opportunities, build positive cultures to achieve personal and business goals, and find time to grow their business.
TAB helps business owners and leaders to apply best practices to their specific challenges and opportunities. With our support, business owners create strategic and tactical plans that align to their business and personal visions, with metrics, actions, and clear accountability to see goals through to fruition.
We offer a powerful, streamlined program that includes peer advisory boards, one-on-one coaching, workshops, robust tools, and connectivity to thousands of like-minded business owners and leaders.
I’m serving businesses in the Western Ohio area (including North Dayton, Springfield, Huber Heights, Vandalia, Tipp City, Troy, Piqua, Sidney, Lima, Greenville, Trotwood, and Hamilton). I have over two decades of successful, progressive leadership experience in general management, operations, project management, software implementation, research and development, and business process leadership in Global 100 companies and the US Air Force. I also have extensive experience in building, coaching, and developing very successful, motivated teams across all aspects of the business landscape. I’m a proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, received my MBA from Regis University in 2002, and obtained my Project Management Professional (PMP) credential in 2013. If you would like to learn more about our invitation-only membership model and how it may be able to help you and your business, let’s connect and explore if TAB might be a fit for you.
