Is there a hotel room block at the Austin Hilton?
Although the conference is at the Austin Hilton – Downtown (500 E. 4th Street, Austin) there is no block of rooms. You are free to book where you wish. Above is a link to the Hilton Austin Downtown.
What does my conference fee cover?
It covers all of your event meals and drinks from the evening of February 4th through the afternoon of February 6th as well as conference room fees.
Can I bring guests to the conference?
Since we are limited to 100 attendees to the conference and dinners, guests would have to be registered and paid for in full to attend any conference event.
Will all of the conference events occur at the Hilton?
All of the events will occur at the Hilton Austin – Downtown. The Moonshine Grill dinner on Thursday evening is one block away from the Hilton.
