How the Work-Life Balance Calendar Works

The Work/Life Balance Calendar is designed to help business owners visualize how their time is actually distributed — and compare it against what sustainable leadership requires.

Instead of relying on guesswork, it gives you a structured weekly view across three essential categories:

  • - Work
  • - Life
  • - R&R (Rest & Recreation)

Each block represents one hour of your day, from 6am to 5pm, allowing you to build a realistic model of your week.

STEP 1
Create Tags
Define how your time is spent by creating labeled blocks under Work, Life, or R&R, assigning each a color for easy visualization. 
STEP 2
Map Your Week
Fill in each hourly block by selecting a category and corresponding label to build a realistic picture of how your time is actually allocated. 
STEP 3

Analyze And Adjust
Review the analytics dashboard to evaluate  where adjustments are needed to create a more sustainable balance.
