Scope and Use of Information Collected
Information we collect from TAB Members or TAB Facilitators is used solely for the purposes of providing services to TAB Members and TAB Facilitators. We may engage third party vendors for certain business-related activities and provide such third party vendors with relevant information. Any such third party vendors must abide by the terms of our Vendor Confidentiality Agreement, including, without limitation, a prohibition on the (i) dissemination, (ii) sale, or (iii) use for any non-TAB-related purpose of information provided. We disclaim any liability for the misuse of information by any third party vendor.
We will provide a summary of any information collected from you or delete such information upon request submitted to us at the address listed under “Dispute Resolution” within five (5) business days of the submission of such request unless such information is subject to retention pursuant to Article 21(2) of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
Except for the purposes described above, we do not disclose or sell information collected from TAB Members or TAB Facilitators to any third party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose any such information in response to a lawful request from governmental authorities or law enforcement agencies.
