He has 20-plus years of work experience leading HR teams and driving business results through people-led initiatives, while also building engagement and having fun. He’s considered an expert in building engagement and driving people programs that deliver bottom-line results.
Steve’s areas of strength include HR Program Management, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
He’s held senior-level HR roles at companies such as Cisco Systems, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and Ericcsson, to name a few.
