Peer Advisory Boards

Each TAB advisory board is comprised of a small number of local business owners who run non-competing businesses. These boards are formed by and facilitated by a TAB-Certified Facilitator/Coach. Each month, you and your board members meet to share their business expertise, solve business challenges, help each other seize new opportunities for profitable growth and create actionable strategic plans.

Small Business Coaching

Each month, your TAB-Certified Facilitator/Coach meets with you individually. You will discuss how business is progressing by comparing actual versus projected results. Together you evaluate the tactics needed to achieve your projected results. These executive business coaching sessions utilize a variety of tools and techniques including TAB’s proprietary Strategic Business Leadership®  (SBL) process, which makes strategic planning effective for privately owned businesses.

TAB-Certified Facilitator/Coaches

TAB Facilitators are multipliers. They help business owners achieve more than they ever thought possible. Each TAB-Certified Facilitator/Coach is a business management consultant with years of top-level business experience. Each facilitator has completed TAB’s certified training program to implement TAB’s proprietary tools that include, among others, TAB Business Vantage®, a web-based diagnostic program for owners and their businesses.
