A look at our process
1. The Alternative Board® (TAB) Opportunity Presentation: You will learn why TAB is an excellent opportunity for transitioning executives, entrepreneurs and consultants. This presentation will cover topics such as: TAB Overview, TAB Facilitator Qualifications, TAB Facilitator Responsibilities, TAB World Headquarters Support, TAB Products and TAB Franchise Investment.
2. Behavioral Assessment: We will send you an online behavioral assessment evaluation to determine your observable characteristics. Together, we will review the results and see how your traits compare with current successful franchisees.
3. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD): Upon our review and approval of your qualifications as a franchise candidate, you will receive the applicable FDD as required by your state. This document will provide you with important legal and contractual information for review. The FDD also includes a list of all TAB franchisees.
4. Territory: We will discuss your business objectives to determine your territory.
5. TAB Facilitators: You will have the opportunity to contact TAB facilitators who are listed in the FDD. Our facilitators are willing to share information with you about their TAB franchise business, start–up times and revenue potential. Your conversations with the facilitators will be extremely valuable in developing your business pro forma.
6. Executive Visit: Upon invitation, you will visit The Alternative Board® World Headquarters for the opportunity to meet with our executive team and department managers. Each department manager will share all aspects of our tools and systems with you, as well as discuss how the corporate staff will support your TAB franchise.
7. Final Decision: Once a mutual decision is reached to execute the Agreements, we will finalize your training and kickoff dates. You will receive Agreements to execute and then you will be on your way to launching your own TAB franchise!
