Jennifer Wisniewski is the General Counsel for TAB Boards International, Inc. Her practice focuses on a broad range of franchise, licensing and trademark matters as well as providing counsel on The Alternative Board’s domestic and international franchise expansion.
Prior to joining The Alternative Board, Jennifer spent 10 years in private practice with national law firms, including as a partner in the franchise group at Snell & Wilmer, LLP.
Jennifer is the chairperson for the Colorado State Bar Association’s subsection on franchising and the co-chair for the International Franchise Association’s Women’s Franchise Network, Denver chapter. She was named as Franchise Times Legal Eagle in 2007 and 2008 and has presented franchise topics for the Colorado Bar Association, Business Law Institute and the International Franchise Association’s Annual Legal Symposium. Jennifer has also written articles on licensing and franchising for the Front Range TechBiz and Denver Business Journal and co-authored a chapter on franchising for The Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Business Organizations.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctoral (JD) Degree from the University of Denver, College of Law in 1998 and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science from the University of Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Franchise Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
