Jeff Polino began his career with TAB as a Member Developer and rapidly advanced through the sale’s ranks to become Vice President of Sales for both Global Membership Development and Franchise Acquisition. Jeff earned his reputation as a leading entrepreneurial Sales Executive and Sales Trainer, spanning over 25 years of leadership in sales, sales management and sales training. He is specifically known for successfully developing cohesive sales teams that focus on increasing both sales and overall profitability.
Most recently, Jeff held a key position at Cendant Corporation where he was the lead presenter and principal closer for the $18 billion company. Prior to Cendant, Mr. Polino’s experience encompassed leading large national sales teams charged with the specific responsibility to drive revenue for companies such as AT&T, Motorola and Service Corporation International. In between Jeff’s corporate experience, he was the owner and CEO of a brokerage firm with 22 full-time employees where he was recognized in one of the industry’s most respected trade publications as one of the “Top 200” Sales/Marketing specialists in the U.S.
Combining his extensive experience as a privately held franchise business owner with his knack for leading and training high performance sales teams makes Jeff a great fit with his expanded responsibilities at TAB. Mr. Polino is a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a specialization in the discipline of Communication Science—the study of human behavior and Neuro-linguistic programming. He also holds several licenses and is certified to practice in the brokerage and insurance industry in Colorado, Massachusetts and New Jersey.
